We serve Dialysis Centers, Nursing Homes, Hyperbaric and Woundcare treatment centers, as well as hospital discharges and other medical facilities located in New Jersey.
Ideal candidate would have working rolodex contacts with Social Workers, Case Managers, Local Dialysis Centers, Hospital Discharge Planners and Directors of Nursing at area Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Ability to work as a team player
Clean Drivers license/subject to insurance company specifications
